Covid-19 Update

Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and customers, therefore we made changes to our production and fulfilment locations to comply with PPE regulations such as social distancing requirements.

Due to these changes please note the following:

- Order Processing may be delayed and take up to 5-7 business days (does not include weekends) to be processed and shipped. 

- You will receive a shipping update with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

- If you want to cancel your order you can do so at any time and receive a full refund, as long as your order is unfulfilled. 

- Once you received your Shipping Information your parcel will arrive within approximately 3-7 days Worldwide.


Where do you Ship to and from?

We ship Worldwide from Turkey. See country specific regulations below.


Shipping to Russia?

Please note we are unable process orders to Russia unless the delivery details include a company name and business address. Orders to personal addresses cannot be shipped.


How long until my Package arrives?

Our warehouse starts shipping your item 24-48 hours after order placement (may differ during public holidays). We deliver to Europe within 3-5 Days and rest of the world 5-10 Days.

Do you have Free Shipping?

Yes, we have free shipping in the EU, US and Canada on all orders over 150€.


How much do I need to pay for Shipping?

International shipping costs vary for from country to country. The shipping cost will be added on top of the Product cost at checkout. To find out the shipping costs to your country, we recommend to go through checkout process until you reach the shipping costs.


Will my Package be held in Customs?

It is very unlikely that your Package will be held in customs due to agreements made. In the case that an item does land in customs, it is necessary for you to pay the required amount in order to release the item from customs.


Do I need to pay Taxes or Duties on top of my order?

Regulations for import duties vary from country to country for purchases made online. Please be aware that Sqorpios will not be held liable for any fees, duties and taxes that may be applied to your order in case it is seized by customs. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

What if I accidentally made an order?

In this case you need to send an email to support@sqorpios.com within 30 min of purchase. Include the Order Number that you receive by email once you placed an order.
